Mothers Day 2009

After attending the Tabernacle Choir broadcast in the morning we all went with our mothers to Liberty Park for a picnic. A good (and yummy!) time was had by all. Here are some pics of the grand event.

Goodbye Mom, We Love You

Our Mom and Grammie, Janice Marilyn Powell Young, passed on to the next life after a brief struggle caused by cancer and a stroke on January 16th. We were blessed to have some great times with her during the holidays, including our first family portrait in years. We also had this portrait of her taken. What a beautiful smile, and a beautiful woman. Such a source of strength and support for her family. We had a very nice memorial for her on January 20th. She will be long remembered and missed.
